Diet

Today, many people eat junk food. It is vert convenient, but not good for our health. There are many reasons. For example they are very high calorie (McDonald’s). "Mege Mac"is over 700 calorie. The calorie which general people should take for a day is about 1800~2200kcal. 700kcal of Mage Mac is about 1/3 of it, alone. Before, there is “Mega Teriyaki”. It was over 900 calorie!

Exercise

Exercise is good way for diet. I recommend jogging. It is aerobic exercise, so you can burn off fat effectively. It is also effective in preventing life-style related disease. If you want to diet, you should set up your goal. When you start jogging, to take much water is very important. You must take a glass of water before you go jogging. Breathing way is also important. You should breathe through your nose twice then breathe through your mouth once. I think jogging is the best way for diet, because it doesn’t need much money, and it can do alone comfortably.
